  • Follow Us:

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: Isaiah 9:6

The Kingdom of Heaven is far greater than the religious “isms” of this world would have us believe.  The Master Architect of Life instructs us about His Kingdom by allowing is to juxtapose the man made kingdoms of this world to serve as the antipathy to one authentic universal Kingdom of Heaven.  Man’s kingdom’s are epitomized by Nimrod, he was the king of Babylon, a mere mortal who was inspired and “anointed” with demonic (unclean) spirits that elevated his own self importance above all other men.  Babylon was once a literal city, the capital city of the earth, but although it’s a dust heap today the government formed there by Nimrod is what big business and religion fashions itself after today. The kings of the earth follow the “business model” of Babylon that Nimrod “invented” (inspired by fear, control, manipulation, insecurity and death).  Today the model of business and religion employs relativism, humanism and materialism to find converts and retain power.

The kingdom of haSatan (the Adversary) has been replicated on earth by government, religion and big business through a Babylonian hierarchical system of authority. Most churches and synagogues have one person with veto authority over all the other individuals and leaders. Most board rooms have a principle person who makes the final rules, because he owns the controlling interest of shares in the company. It would seem that the pastor, priest or rabbi who invests their time leading others should be the one who uses his expertise and guides the congregation, right? No, not at all, not according to the Kingdom of Heaven. The role of good leadership in the Kingdom of Heaven is to serve and guide each soul to the Life Giver and His Mashiyach, not build a fiefdom unto themselves. It’s a very, very big difference between these two ideologies.

Mashiyach tells us that whoever wants to be “the greatest” in his Kingdom would be the servant of all. Being a “servant of all” means a leader opens him or herself to be used by the Father through having Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding of the Kingdom of Heaven. To reach out to whomever the Master puts into our lives and serve His people whom He Created… as opposed to having their own “little flock” (congregations) who financially and emotionally support a leader who thinks very highly of themselves and their own talents. The Kingdom of Elohim is represented by Tsiyon (pronounced Tsee-yone / Zion in English), it is a literal location in Jerusalem, it symbolizes a spiritual place, the seat of Mashiyach’s government on this earth. Originally Zion was a small location in Jerusalem, but it became a code name for the city of Jerusalem and the seat of Heaven’s Government.

For it is said in the Scripture, “Behold, in Tsiyon I lay a chosen and precious stone for the head of the corner; and whoever believes in him will not be ashamed.” On you therefore who believe is this honor conferred: but to them who do not believe “he is a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” And they stumble at it because they believe not the Word from where they were appointed. But you are an elect race, officiating as priests of the Kingdom; a Set Apart people, a redeemed congregation; that you should proclaim the praises of him who called you out of darkness to his precious light: who formerly were not counted as a people but now are the people of Elohim; and also, there were (once) no mercies on you but now mercies are poured out upon you. My beloved, I entreat you as strangers and pilgrims, separate yourselves from all lusts of the body, for they war against the soul. And let your behavior be honorable before all men; so that they who utter evil speeches against you, may see your good actions and may praise Elohim in the day of trial. And be submissive to all the sons of men, for Elohim’s sake; to kings, on account of their authority; and to judges because they are sent by him for the punishment of offenders, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of Elohim, that by your good deeds you may stop the mouth of the foolish who do not know Elohim: As free men, you are not like men who make their freedom a cloak for their wickedness, but as the servants of Elohim. 1 Peter 2:6-16

Throughout Scripture we read of a Kingdom that is not of this earth, but it is shaped from the pattern that is in Heaven. The tabernacle in the wilderness was built according to the specifications that YHWH gave to Moses and within that tabernacle, each of the physical elements are symbols of the spiritual or heavenly Kingdom. It is also interesting to note that Zion is mentioned in 153 verses in the Tanakh… this is the same number of fish the disciples caught in John 21:11. The symbolism is clear, Yeshua taught his disciples how to build the Kingdom of Heaven, as opposed to a religion “about” the Kingdom of Heaven, a very big difference.

We are being trained to know what Tsiyon is, and what it is not. No religion or people’s groups have exclusive rights to Tsiyon, it belongs to the people of Mashiyach regardless of religion, race, color or creed. The Government of Tsiyon is on the shoulder of Mashiyach. Mashiyach is returning to the Mount of Olives from whence he departed, but this time round Scripture tells us he will be Mashiyach Ben David a much different scenario than when he first came to earth.

There is the Israel of Elohim (spiritual) and there is the other kingdom of Israel of the flesh. Not all who are Israel of the flesh are the Israel of Elohim. If we can look at Jews, Christians or Muslims without judging them by their religion or race, then we are getting closer to ZION, as how it is revealed in Mashiyach. The Kingdom of Elohim is a government, NOT a religion.

Tsiyon is also the place in our neshama (spirit) where we connect with Mashiyach where our heart receives and gives love for all of Creation, where we can see all others through the eyes of Mashiyach and carry no prejudice towards anyone.  The Kingdom is within us, it is not an external government or religion.  Over the centuries there have been many Zionist movements who entrapped adherents into a nationalistic or global vision not of spiritual Zion but simply another ploy to gain control and power through labor, politics, wealth and strategies for power.  The oligarchs of have big designs on greater and greater world dictatorial power which they borrowed from Nimrod, the original representative of anti-Messiah and anti-Zion.

Today there are Christian Zionists who love the Jewish people and support the land of Israel, a Zionism on a practical and natural level benefitng Jews and Christians according to the Covenant of Faith YHWH gave to Avraham. However the majority of Christendom is anti-Zionist, nurtured by replacement theology and dispensationalism and therefore anti-Zionist when it comes to the Kingdom of Elohim. Christians tend to be partisan, biased and dualistic towards Judaism and Islam which is viewed as a competitive religion. Christians see themselves as exclusive inheritors of the promises, they don’t see a future for Jews or Muslims except wrath of the Almighty YHWH for them not converting to Christianity. Most Muslims have the same partisan thinking as Christians and view Christians and all other non-Muslims as infidels. Jews don’t view Christians and Muslims going off to burning eternal hell, but rather that each individual is judged on the merits of their lifestyle choices regardless of religious persuasion. In other words we are judged by how we live, more than by which religious affiliation we are part of, this is more consistent with a universal Government that operates outside of a religion.

To understand the Kingdom of Elohim one must have a perspective that YHWH gave life to all living souls for a purpose, and that purpose was not to create them so He could have the “satisfaction” of burning them in hell. Much of the thinking of hell is derived from the dark ages where torture and gore were commonplace ways of horrifying people into submission to their ruthless and evil dictators. This same ideology is still widely held by the majority of Churchianity today, whereas a bit of study into the Word of YHWH clearly shows that sheol (the grave) and Gehenna (eternal separation) are not so much about torturous hell but the resolving of those who choose to make war against Mashiyach.

YHWH takes no pleasure in the punishment or death of the rebellious.

“Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?  For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, says YHWH Elohim: therefore turn and live.”  Ezekiel 18:31, 32

Mashiyach will never endorse man’s religions, governments or economic systems, and so why should we?  Mashiyach uses no creed or religion to transform the hearts of man, he reveals his Attributes and manifests Righteousness in those who lay down their life to follow him.  By experiencing the Character and Perfection of Mashiyach, we are transformed into the Image of Elohim, then we are free to build upon the Common Good for ourselves and others.

If we understand the Netzarim Faith that Paul and the Apostles followed, then we can better understand why the original Faith was forced underground by the Fourth Century. The Netzarim (Nazarenes) stood between Rabbinical Judaism and Greek based Christianity. Whether Jews, Christians, Black or White, or Islam or Hindu or Buddhist the Netzari Faith doesn’t quantify people according to their religious choice or net worth. The Faith is all about living in our individual physical and spiritual potential each day.

There is only one hope for mankind, Mashiyach is the author of Peace and Justice, the Kingdom of Mashiyach welcomes ALL who seek him, none are excluded. Knowing Mashiyach changes our world view and transforms how we respond to our own needs and those of others. Once we accept his Kingship and enter into his Kingdom, we begin to understand the meaning of life and love and peace and joy. Mashiyach reveals to us that it is impossible to find Peace outside of his Justice and Righteousness.

Man cannot be trusted in himself, he was designed to co-labor and co-rule with Mashiyach, he was not designed to make up his own rules and do what is right in his own eyes. Consider the labels we wear as Jews, Christians or Moslems? How is it that people came to be identified by the names of religions, instead of through the Master who Created life? How is it that man’s religions have become more important than YHWH and His Word and the Common Good that is upheld by His Word?

Where does the Common Good of man come from?

The answer is simple yet profound. Only a fool would credit his “religion” as the source of the common good. Only a fool would credit another human for their sole desire to do good to others. If one credits another man or a religion for making a choice toward the common good, they are only bolstering external ideology or religion, not the common good within.

Common Good is clearly external to the carnal and selfish nature of man and his religions. Many souls don’t know why they are compelled to seek the common good, only that they are, they have no choice, it can only be explained and understood within the “Spiritual Man”. There is a part of man that is compelled to do good toward others, regardless of personal cost or religious identity. Common Good contains a Spiritual component, the act of the common good is one of righteousness, we are to “love our neighbour”. Common Good is a spiritual entity, as is Love and Joy which operates on a much higher level than the carnal man understands.

Common Good does not operate by degrees, one does not do good today so that tomorrow he can do evil and still feel good about himself.  No, the common good elevates the value of all souls equally at all times and returns blessings of Joy, Love and Peace for all investments we make into it.  Elohim (G-d) is Love, Who cares for all Creation and commands us to do the same.  We are willing to make great sacrifices for the Common Good only after we have experienced the Common Good of YHWH ourselves.  The goodness of Mashiyach leads a soul to TESHUVA (turning to YHWH) repentance.

Mashiyach bears the Name of YHWH Tsidkenu (YHWH our Righteousness), he is MalkiTzedek the King of Righteousness to whom Avraham tithed, Avraham, Yitzak and Ya’akov are “in Mashiyach” because they were trained up by him as the Word of Yahweh.  Mashiyach is the Righteous King, all who belong to him are in covenant and married to him, therefore we are required to apply our hearts to his goals and his values (Jeremiah 31:32).  The Mashiyach requires everyone to be righteous and participate in righteous judgments, these are certainly not left up to an elite minority of leaders nor to a democratic vote of carnally minded people!  It is Mashiyach within us that demands that we assert ourselves in matters of his Justice  Mashiyach is a Righteous Government, NOT a religionTo grow in righteousness we must apply the standards YHWH has established for mankind.  We must also be able to distinguish the truth from the counterfeit ideas of man’s dead religions.  The concept of Righteousness versus Justification has been one of the most heavily manipulated aspects of Truth that made humanism and false religion appear to of Mashiyach, but let’s take a closer look.

“Tsadiq” is commonly translated as “righteous” as it refers to a person.

“Tsadaq” is commonly translated as “justify”, but better translated “cleared” or “made righteous”

“Tsedaqah” is translated into the word “righteousness” or “acts of righteousness.”

Blameless; virtuous; upright; justifiable, just, worthy; good, godly, moral, upright, virtuous, just.

ORJUSTIFIED To be cleared, show or prove to be right; vindicate; warrant; to free from blame; exonerate.

Righteousness is the goal of those who seek the Kingdom of Mashiyach.Justification is the goal of those who seek the praise of men.

The righteous do not seek to be “justified” or “cleared” because a righteous soul walks in righteous.  Grace is the Power of YHWH to walk in righteousness, to walk in freedom from the contamination of sin through an assurance of being forgiven, and to thus abstain from transgression against YHWH and one another.  Those who claim to be “justified”, believe they are justified as they continue in sin, for most Christians Grace is a theological license to continue their sinning.  The religion of justification (all false religion) tells its adherents that sin is impossible to overcome, or that sin is part of the human condition and not that bad.  The carnal nature within mankind forces him to continue sinning, he is a helpless slave to his own tyranny and carnal desires and false religion helps him cope with his sin, rather than overcome and discontinue it.

The justified soul reminds YHWH, and others, that they are perpetual sinners who need to keep asking for forgiveness.  People keep sinning because their religion tells them that they will continually be forgiven of all their sinning.  Many religious people don’t believe it’s even possible to be righteous.  Christian theology teaches that God needed to justify (clear) the sinner by the work of the cross, and man cannot be righteous, which is both a denial of Mashiyach and the trump card of religion and humanistic theology.  The condemnation brought on by perpetual un-victorious sinful living produces perpetual guilt, that in turn fuels the perpetual need to be forgiven and go to church or confession to support a religion that both entraps you and also makes you feel good about yourself and your religion.

Most Christians realize that to be true to Elohim they would need to make some major changes in their lifestyles, but Church attendance became the major component of Christian “justification,” simply a vicious circle of false religion. The false religious “gospel” was pointed at the person of “Jesus who died on the cross” to save people from sin, but the true Good News focuses on the “re-birth” so we don’t continue in sin, these are two opposite concepts. If Mashiyach and a few Apostles showed up at your home for a few weeks, would they be welcome? Would you change your lifestyle to accommodate their visit to not embarrass yourself? The fact is that most Christians have become habitual liars to cover up deceitful and sinful lifestyles rather than get the victory over the fallen world.

Traditional Judaism teaches the imperative for righteousness, however it defines righteousness through traditions that make void Torah. One simple example is the tradition of employing the services of a Shabbat Goy. Torah says no work is to be done within one’s gates on Shabbat, by Jew or Goy. But, tradition says Jews can request small acts of work on Shabbat by a non-Jewish persons. Tradition says if your parents aren’t observant and aren’t under rabbinical authority then you don’t have to be obedient to your parents, but Torah says you must honor your father and mother. Rabbinical tradition says that Y’shua wasn’t Mashiyach and most Rabbis call him a mamzer (bastard), but Torah says the promise made to Avraham and his seed (Mashiyach) was given long before Moshe. It originated in Genesis 3:15 where YHWH said, “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel”. Centuries before Y’shua came to earth the rabbis taught that the “seed of Woman” in Genesis 3:15 refers to Mashiyach. The same Spirit of Mashiyach was within the Patriarchs as the Word of YHWH who spoke to them and the Prophets, however, when Y’shua taught about the Kingdom of Heaven he was rejected. Rabbinical Judaism has made it’s own kingdom and has rejected the Word of YHWH and His Mashiyach.

Jewish and now Catholic “tradition” says that YHWH’s Name is too holy to pronounce, but Torah says the Name of YHWH must not be diminished or taken in vain by hiding from the Name of YHWH. The Name of YHWH is instrumental in revealing Mashiyach, but traditional Judaism removed the Set Apart Name of YHWH and replaced His Name with Adonai in 134 places in the Tanakh, that is defiance against YHWH and making war against His Torah. Neither Rabbinical Judaism or Christianity is aware of the fact that the Name of YHWH is a “gate of righteousness”, a spiritual door to the Father through His Mashiyach. This is not a gnostic or metaphysical theory but an intimate and Divine spirituality that is imparted to those who have His Name “written” upon their foreheads. Unfortunately, religion makes a theology or a do and don’t out of everything.

The Common Good has been quantified and defined by religion, rather than being recognized as the universal requirement of everyone, when the “Common Good” is practiced in the name of religion it is absolutely partisan. There is no such thing as being be a little partisan (or a little pregnant) you either are or you’re not. Those who practice the true Common Good serve there fellow man without reward from earthlings, the reward comes from YHWH directly.

The wealthy set up trusts, charities, foundations and non-profit organizations for philanthropy (brotherhood of humans), some say they want to “give back” to their communities. However, many individuals and organizations have already disqualified themselves from the Common Good by hoarding wealth for themselves at the expense of others and by producing goods and services that are responsible for causing the poverty and sickness in the first place! Avraham became the wealthiest man on earth but his wealth came by way of service to YHWH according to the Kingdom of Elohim, Abraham was as a servant, not a Lord.

As we examine many of the worlds largest and richest foundations we discover the wealthy use their charities to manipulate and acquire more power, the common good was never their objective, the true goals and agendas are political, religious and financial. This is why Y’shua’s talmidim (disciples) were amazed when Y’shua stated in Matthew 19:24 “And again I say unto you, It is easier for a rope to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of Elohim.”  The disciples said, “Who then can be saved?”, the standards of the Kingdom of Elohim and the Common Good have never been lowered so that mankind could manipulate for his own good, the standards have never changed.

Instead of raising righteous standards, religious institutions are busy fueling the problem of unrighteousness and poverty.  Churchianity in America spends 99% of it’s wealth on itself.  While it’s members starve in the streets the massive Catholic cathedrals are bedecked with silver and gold, monuments of religion that are the antipathy of the Kingdom of Heaven.  When souls are transformed into the common good of Mashiyach, the religious institutions of man are clearly seen to be the obstacles of growth and expansion of his Kingdom.  The doctrine of justification is an abusive and unfortunate evil perpetuated on mankind according to false religion.  The scriptures say that Mashiyach knows his sheep and they follow him, we are to become like him!  Justification on the other hand is a way for wolves to dress like sheep, so that religion can be perpetuated against the Common Good of YHWH.

Noah is righteous..”Noah was a tsadiq (righteous) man and tawmim (completed) in his generations, and Noah halach (walked) with Elohim.” Genesis 6:9

Abraham is righteous.“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YHWH appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty Elohim; halach (walk) before me, and be you tawmim (complete).” Genesis 17:1

What made Avraham complete?“…Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”  Genesis 26:5

Noach and Avraham are acknowledged by YHWH as being perfect, complete and righteous, so why is it that Christian religions teach that it is impossible to be righteous? One would think that through living in Mashiyach a person would have a far greater advantage than either Noah or Abraham in living within the Kingdom of Elohim? The fact is that Noah and Abraham were already in Mashiyach, long before Mashiyach came to earth. Another fact is that mainstream Christianity is a detour away from Mashiyach, a counterfeit that has deceived billions of people.

Avraham responded to the call of righteousness, the Ruach haKodesh filled him with the Way of Mashiyach, he built a righteous community of 318 trained chaniyk (trained and educated men/disciples). Avraham shows us that it’s not possible for a man to be “complete” in himself without interacting and serving the needs of others. YHWH instructed us to be a Kedoshim (holy people) such instruction is given to a community, not to one individual. It is through community and co-labouring with Mashiyach that we become mature and complete “in” Him. Torah teaches us to love our neighbour and include him in the blessings we receive from YHWH. We are called and required to share the things of Torah and Mashiyach that we receive from the Father and because we know that everyone is Created by One Giver of Life we must see everyone through the Father’s eyes and help each other reach our full potential and purpose in this life, this is what the Kingdom of Heaven offers us.

Peace is based on Righteous Judgments“Seeing that Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him. For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment; that YHWH may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.“Genesis 18: 18-19

These immutable laws permeate humanity, truth dictates that every soul and organization must provide Justice and Judgment or bring curses upon themselves and others.

Righteousness is truth that reveals itself in Peace, Prosperity and JusticeAnd he was aman (faithful) in YHWH; and he counted it to him for tsedakah (righteousness).“  Genesis 15:6

The word “aman” comes from the root word for “emun” which means faithful.  However, religious translators have replaced the word “faithful” with the word “believe”.  Being faithful to Mashiyach is to live and do the right thing, but many are told they only need knowledge of what is right and “believe” in Mashiyach to be “justified”.  This is one example of how religious theology keeps people from leaving spiritual Babylon.

Belief has to do with a change of mind Righteousness has to do with ones faithful action

Religion that focuses on justification rather than righteousness, also advocates “belief”, or, theological doctrines over faithful observance and disciplines.  Believing in the existence of One Elohim (Mighty One/G-d) has no potential to make us better people or make a better world unless we follow through with obedience to the One True Elohim.  People are “Believers” because they adhere to an ideology or “belief”, but righteousness demands the action of righteousness or right doing.  As we DO the commandments of YHWH, His Ways become our ways, and we experience YHWH and His Mashiyach within the common good, these actions transform the nature of carnal man into a spiritual man, a FAITHFUL and just man.

Belief is meaningless unless we are also Faithful

In a marriage, a husband and wife demand both belief and faithfulness of each other. Mashiyach demands this of us who enter into his covenant. Think what it would be like to be in a marriage with someone who doesn’t believe in you, who is two-faced, negative, lies, is unfaithful and only wants you to bless them and give them your time and energy without giving anything in return. In many ways this is what the modern Church has done to Y’shua. Rather than show loyalty and love for His Word the Church has spurned even the basic Ten Commandments in favor of their religious traditions about the Ten Commandments. The Church prays for blessings yet is ashamed to Sanctify the Name of YHWH or remove idols from their homes or enter into Shabbat, because tradition and religious culture is at war with Mashiyach.

Several Hebrew words are translated as “judge” making some verses a bit difficult to understand. In the light of the verse “Judge not, that ye be not judged” Matthew 7:1, the plain reading of the text tells us to “judge not” yet there are plenty other verses that tell us to, “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge (with) righteous judgment.” John 7:24 and “For what have I to do to judge them also that are on the outside? do you not judge them that are within? 1 Corinthians 5:12and “Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know you not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?” 1 Corinthians 6:2-3 and “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the Torah, Judgment, Mercy, and Faith: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone.” Matthew 23:23

False religion has spiritually castrated its adherents by removing the Torah based requirement for making Righteous Judgments, it was very cleverly done. Mashiyach or the Apostles never advocated that we never judge, but rather Mashiyach advocates that we make “righteous judgment”. In religious circles people condemn each other as being “judgmental”, what they are really saying is they prefer their own “judgment” to that of others. In many cases those who call others “judgmental” do so because they want to overrule the judgments of others, or they want to deny any need for judgment. Without righteous judgments people are susceptible to being enslaved by those in hierarchical authority to have the right to judgment.

In the context of: Deut. 16:18; 19:17; Judges 2:16; Luke 12:57; 19:22 ; John 7:24; 7:51; Acts 4:19; 13:46; Romans 2:27; 1 Corinthians 5:12; 6:2,3,4,5; 10:15; 11:13, 31; 14:29; 2 Corinthians 5:14; Colossians 2:16; James 4:11 and many other references we are all required to make “righteous judgment”,  this is commanded by YHWH, it makes for healthy, prosperous and peaceful communities.

Y’shua said this is one of the weightier matters of Torah but false religion has “omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought you to have done”.  Nowadays with the onslaught of relativism, religious people are instructed to be tolerant of wickedness and evil and anyone who wants to live a Torah based lifestyle is the enemy of “grace”, which has become a cliché that allows people to feel good about their sinning.  But what Mashiyach taught us is:

“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” John 7:24

A judge according to Torah, is a righteous counselor who is both well versed in Righteousness and a mentor and disciplinarian, not a wealthy enterprising politician.  If it were not for the Righteous Judgments of Torah there would be no need for Mashiyach.  Torah established the Judgments whereby Y’shua qualified to be Mashiyach.  Torah provides the benchmark of Justice.  It was the Jewish world that proved Y’shua to be Mashiyach based on “Torah Consciousness”, if it were not for the Disciples of Y’shua who agreed with the Messiahship of Y’shua we would not have heard the name or fame of Y’shua.  There would be no such thing as a Christian or Messianic today.  It is Torah that established the Messiahship of Y’shua firmly within the Jewish people.  From this “group acceptance” of Y’shua came forth his teaching about the Kingdom of Elohim.  Y’shua lived according to YHWH’s Judgments and everyone called into His Kingdom are required to do the same.

Mishpatim”Now these are the Mishpatim (judgments) which you shall set before them.” Exodus 21:1

Mishpat -is translated as judgment, justice, ordinance, the specific Mishpatim of YHWH were established 3400 years before Islam, 2800 years before Christianity, and 2600 years before Rabbinical Judaism.  Religious traditions make it almost impossible to understand and embrace the mishpatim of YHWH.  The religious systems of the world are in conflict with the Judgments of YHWH, most religions nullify the Mishpatim by their tradition or basic lack of desire for them and understanding of how to apply them.

Diyn“And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister Diyn (justice) to the people in uprightness.“Psalms 9:8

Diyn -is translated as, plead the cause, contend with, minister, govern.  Diyn is a proactive responsibility that YHWH initiates on behalf of His Name and His people.  Prophets, Judges, Priests and all who seek righteousness must also contend with unrighteousness.  The Beit Diyn (house of Judges) are men who volunteer to demonstrate and distinguish righteous action.  “And YHWH said, My spirit shall not always Diyn (strive) with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.” Genesis 6:3

Shaphat“And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes: YHWH shaphat (judge) between me and thee.“Genesis 16:5

Shaphat -is translated as, judge, plead, avenged, condemn, execute decision, judgment, defend, deliver.  YHWH is ultimate judge of a mans soul.  YHWH calls his talmidim to be leaders who will participate in forwarding His righteous judgments to the community, based on their action as it pertains to His Torah.  “Judges and officers shall you make in all your gates, which YHWH Elohim gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall shaphat  (KJV-judge) the people with just judgments.”  Deuteronomy 16:18

Nevertheless YHWH raised up shaphat (judges), which saved them out of the hand of those that spoiled them.  And yet they would not listen unto their shaphat (judges), but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of YHWH; but they did not so.”  Judges 2:16

“And Samuel said unto the people, it is YHWH that advanced Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.  Now therefore stand still, that I may shaphat (KJV-reason) with you before YHWH of all the righteous acts of YHWH, which He did to you and to your fathers.”  1 Samuel 12:6-7

“I will greatly praise YHWH with my mouth; yes, I will praise him among the multitude.  For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that shaphat (KJV-condemn) his soul.”  Psalm 109:30-31

All the souls belong to YHWH, we are His responsibility, He gives us the power to choose righteousness and asks us to make a collective effort to live according to His Way.  Our souls are not in competition with each other over His Kingdom, nor are we given authority over another man’s soul, this responsibility belongs solely to YHWH.  We are called to establish the parameters of conduct and righteous character, a judge establishes these parameters.  Unlike the wicked examples unrighteous judges who use authority and legislation to give favours to the rich.

Yakach”you have searched all my stuff, what have you found of all thy household stuff?Set it here before my brethren and your brethren, that they may yakach (judge) betwixt us both.”  Genesis 31:37

Yakach -is translated in the KJV as reprove, rebuke, correct, plead, reason, chasten, and appointed, but there is also a plethora of other interpretations available from other “bible expositors”, the basic meaning is to “set right” and this is the goal of righteous counsel.

“Except the Elohim of my father, the Elohim of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely you would have sent me away now empty. Elohim has seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and yakach (rebuked) you last night.” Genesis 31:42

“And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down your pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give your camels drink also: let the same be she that you have yakach (appointed) for thy servant Isaac; Genesis 24:14

“I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will yakach (chasten) him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:” 2 Samuel 7:14

“And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to you a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with you, and with all other: thus she was yakach (reproved).” Genesis 20:16

The word yakach invokes the responsibility to set things right, reconcile and restore a matter. The severity of the misdemeanor must be met with an equivalent restitution. We can see in the following verses how the KJV translators supplied a variety of English words in lieu of not having an appropriate English term. There are Hebrew words, Hebraisms and idioms that all teach us that there is a fair and equivalent way to resolve each conflict, this is the basis of Torah based judgment.

Sadly, few men today see Torah as fair and reliable, most are taught that it is old and has been traded off for various forms of religion or humanism, few have direct knowledge to apply Torah principles because of being taught theology or values that make void the Torah. For those who know the Way of Mashiyach, the Torah reveals His Character and Covenant Principles to establish righteousness and peace for all.

Elohim“If one man sin against another, (Elohim) the judge shall (palal) judge him: but if a man sin against YHWH,  who shall intreat for him?”  I Samuel 2:25

Elohim also means to pray, intervene, intercede, mediate.  Elohim (G-d) means deity, ultimately YHWH is Judge of all things and He reigns perfect justice for mankind.  His very Name denotes His Judgment.

Righteous Judgment provides a foundation for individual conductDon’t you know that the faithful ones shall judge the world?  And if the world shall be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest of matters?  Don’t you know that we will judge angels?  How much more things that pertain to this life? If then you have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the Kehillath.  I speak to your shame.  Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you?  No, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?”  1 Corinthians 6:2-5

The church in Corinth struggled to detach itself from paganism, they were rebellious and immature and thus incapable of making righteous judgments, they needed disciplining in the things of Y’shua. For us to receive the benefits of “righteous judgments” we must each exercise them on an individual and personal level.

Mashiyach provides the highest level of personal moral responsibility and justice.Mashiyach calls all men everywhere to halakh (walk) as he walked:

“And that you put on the new man, which after Elohim is created in righteousness and holiness of truthEphesians 4:24

Rabbinical Judaism interprets the Hebrew word halakha (way to walk) as “Jewish Law”.  Mashiyach teaches us that halakha is about putting on the new man.  Consider the difference between keeping the Commandments (Torah) or having Torah written upon your heart according to becoming a “NEW CREATION”.  Again, here is where religion caters to the carnal flesh versus the truth about the Spiritual man.  Christianity came up with a belief system that Y’shua kept Torah so they don’t have to, that he seeded within his followers the idea that at his death the Torah would be done away or, nailed to the cross.  There are manifold variations on that religious theme, all rooted in paganism, rebellion and ignorance of the Word of YHWH which is why Y’shua said…

“This people draws to me with their mouth, and honour me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”  Matthew 15: 8-9

“…but if you will enter into life, keep the commandments.”  Matthew 19:17

“If you love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you see me: because I live, you shall live also. At that day you shall know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. He that has my commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.” John 14:15-21″If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.” John 15:10

“And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that says, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”

1 John 2:3-4

“And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Y’shua Mashiyach, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keeps his commandments dwells in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.”

1 John 3:22-24

“By this we know that we love the children of Elohim, when we love Elohim, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.”

1 John 5:2-3

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of Elohim, and have the testimony of Y’shua Mashiyach.” Revelation 12:17

“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of Elohim, and the faith of Y’shua.” Revelations 14:12

The commandments of Elohim contain the Righteous Judgments of YHWH and His Mashiyach, One Kingdom.  When Mashiyach Y’shua came to this earth “to fulfill all righteousness” he taught his talmidim (disciples):

“Think not that I am come to destroy the Torah (righteous instruction), or the (Neviim) prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.  For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Torah, till all be fulfilled.  Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.  For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:17-20

Mashiyach specifically mentions “the Law and the Prophets“

However religion goes against Torah. Christianity says that Torah is not for today, but, most also teach that the “prophetic” Word of YHWH is still very much in effect. Y’shua states that neither Torah or Prophets have been abolished. The writings of the Apostles is Mashiyach’s halakha (way to walk) in Torah. The way of Mashiyach is contrary to all religious tradition, he showed his disciples that Torah is to be observed with Grace & Mercy.

Mashiyach also instructed a man to pick up his bed on Shabbat and walk, he could have easily instructed the man to return and bring it after Shabbat. Mashiyach gave judgments that indicated that YHWH’s truth is much more highly prized than the man’s traditions. The religious worlds claim that Y’shua loosened the Shabbat requirement by instructing the man to take his bed, they say he broke Shabbat. No, he broke traditions about Shabbat, not Shabbat. The fact is that modern Christianity has adopted ideas of Rabbinical Jewish Law and applied them against Y’shua to support their own desire to break Torah.

What Y’shua did in fact was demonstrate that Shabbat was made for man, not man for the Shabbat, he could have asked the man to return after sunset, but rather Mashiyach made an open declaration about his Messiahship overruling the traditional religious ideas of the Pharisees. Mashiyach didn’t do this to spite the Pharisees but to release them from being a danger to themselves. A man walking through (halakha) Jerusalem with his bed under his arm illustrated that he was walking (halakha) “in” the government of Mashiyach according to specific instruction given to him. You and I would not need to carry a bed on Shabbat, there would be no reason, but for a crippled man who was healed on Shabbat, by Mashiyach, both Mashiyach and Shabbat became a testimony of the Government of Mashiyach.

Torah (righteous instruction) was given to man to make him whole, full and complete, not to oppress or manipulate people under a religious hierarchy. Torah is Freedom, it is the Government or Charter of YHWH and His Mashiyach. Religion teaches us that the law of YHWH is oppressive, this is the greatest evil that has been levied against mankind, keeping mankind in bondage to religious hierarchies that were originally instituted by Nimrod in Babylon.

Shabbat is a most wonderful gift from YHWH to man. Shabbat elevates human life from being mundane and common to being as a King and Priest. Mankind has a choice, to live and concentrate on the mundane and tack Mashiyach onto our lives somewhere, OR, enter into Kingdom and tack on a place to live, a car to drive, food to eat etc. Preparations for Shabbat are done so that we don’t have to be troubled with mundane things of this world on Shabbat and we can concentrate on learning about YHWH and His Mashiyach and developing closer relationships with each other. These are the more important things in life. Shabbat is not a theology or a theory it’s a “gate of righteousness” that we can enter in.

Shabbat observance will never override human life and dignity. In the days of Y’shua, as today, various religious sects turned Shabbat into a burden. The Essenes decreed that if a person fell into water and was drowning on Shabbat that they should be left to drown rather someone than risking “breaking” Shabbat to save them. The Torah was being interpreted in an evil and malicious way by religious traditions which overruled the Word of YHWH and the intent of His Commandments.

Y’shua Mashiyach showed how to halakh (walk) in Torah and become complete in him, for the Common Good.

Those who prefer the traditions of modern religion are risking their future and contributing to the suffering and violence towards others.  Religions are very much at war with one another, one religious person mocks and jests about the traditions and values of the others.  Judaism, Christianity and Islam account for more than half the population of the world, imagine what the world would be like if half the people on earth were righteous rather than religious?  What a world it would be!

Religions teach that God has only good things ahead, and people join up with religion to get good things.

Religious organizations want us to be be part of something big, make a big effect on the community and the world, but many fail to see how the institution itself is contrary to the common good.  The institution itself often depletes the majority resources on sustaining itself, there is little or nothing left to invest into the common good that Torah requires, but this is also why religious institutions are so hateful against Torah.

Those who abide in the Kingdom of Elohim are required to Judge with Righteous

“So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to YHWH for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.  Thus says YHWH, Keep judgment, and do justice: for my salvation (yeshua) is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.  Blessed is the man that does this, and the son of man that lays hold on it; that keeps the Sabbath from polluting it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”Isaiah 55:11-56:2

“Yet you say, The way of YHWH is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? Are not your ways unequal?  When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in them; for his iniquity that he has done shall he die.  Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.  Because he considered, and turned away from all his transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.  Yet the house of Israel says, The way of YHWH is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal ?Are not your ways unequal?” Ezekiel 18:25-29

The Kingdom of Mashiyach affords each individual the responsibility for his actions, but in the religious systems of this world (Babylon), the cost of an individual’s irresponsibility is involuntarily paid for by the rest of the population, by the innocent.

“One ordinance will be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger be before YHWH.  One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you.”  Leviticus 15:15-16

One Torah for all. Understood by all. Observed by all. Administered by all.

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusted in You.  Trust in YHWH for ever, for in Yah YHWH is everlasting strength:”

Isaiah 26:3

Peace is the consequence of having one’s mind and actions focused on the character of Mashiyach which is perfect Justice, Judgment and Equality revealed to us through Torah being written upon our hearts.

“So Elohim created man in his own image, in the image of Elohim created he him; male and female created he them.”  Genesis 1:27

“And the YHWH Elohim said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.”  Genesis 2:18

The symbiotic nature of male and female is the image of Elohim, interdependence ensures our existence, interdependence within community addresses the common good as revealed through the Kingdom of Elohim, the Torah and haMashiyach.

“He that sacrifices unto any god, save unto YHWH only, he shall be utterly destroyed. Thou shall neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.  Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.  If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;  And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.” Exodus 22:20-24

Those in the Kingdom of Mashiyach will not be oppressed by self appointed leaders

who make themselves as gods or who serve as religious icons for others to emulate.

Only carnal men are willing to sacrifice their lives to religious traditions, carnal talk, entertainment, carnal movies, power, fame, fortune, prestige of position and use carnal influences to advance themselves. These things steal from the common good of everyone and everyone suffers in the end. The Kingdom of Mashiyach is a refuge from the carnal world, we are in the world but not of it, however religion teaches you can have both.

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:19-20

Power has been given to the followers of Mashiyach to live within and provide righteous judgments as directed by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit is Set Apart from all corruption, to assist us in being set apart from sin. The work of the Holy Spirit is to write Torah upon our hearts. We have the authority and the means through the work of Y’shua and the Ruach HaKodesh to be set apart unto YHWH. Where “two or three are gathered together in my name” Y’shua says, is a reference to those in Mashiyach who are instructed to bear the Power to make righteous judgments that will direct individuals and communities into the things of the Kingdom of Elohim.

“And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Master, even the devils are subject unto us through your name.  And He said unto them, I beheld haSatan (the adversary) as lightning fall from heaven.  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”Luke 10:17-19

Teaching Emet (truth) destroys the devices of the enemy that go against the common good.  Emet is our ultimate empowerment and is available for everyone.  The Hebrew word Emet (truth) comes from the root Aman (believe) as does Emun (faith).

“Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as YHWH my Elohim commanded me, that you should do so in the land whither you go to possess it.  Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.  For what nation is there so great, who hath Elohim so nigh unto them, as YHWH our Elohim is in all things that we call upon him for?  And what nation is there so great, that has statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?  Only take heed to thyself, and keep your soul diligently, lest youforget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life: but teach them to your sons, and your grandsons;” Deuteronomy 4:5-9

The Torah is wisdom and understanding. Through the work of the Ruach HaKodesh, the Mashiyach writes this source of wisdom, the Torah, upon our hearts.

Torah is more than the written Word of the Bible,it is Mashiyach’s inspiration to our hearts. His Word is Spirit and Life, His Word is Alive and True.LEADERSHIP

“And YHWH shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath; if that you hearken unto the commandments of YHWH your Elohim, which I command you this day, to observe and to do them:  And you shall not go aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.  But it shall come to pass, if you will not hearken unto the voice of YHWH your Elohim, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon you, and overtake you:”Deuteronomy 28:13-15

If you dare to stop and think about which authority you really follow, or which leaders have most influenced your life then be fair with yourself and see if you are happy to follow the religious traditions of men or learn how to live within the Perfection of Mashiyach.  At least understand the difference between hearing the Voice of YHWH within your spirit, when you read His Word and differentiating that with an interpretation of His Word that someone taught you.  Let’s face it.  Men go to seminaries and become theologians and scholars so that they can make a better world, but what happens?  They end up learning and being convinced by the educators and mentors of educational institutions along the lines of the traditions of the institution.

We can trace the origins and “theologies” of every religious institution on earth to reformers or visionaries who asserted their ideas about God and became popular and influential because of it. How about asking the Father for yourself? Why not develop a relationship with the Father so that we develop a love for His Word and so we can hear His Voice. Why not ask Him what pleases Him? Why do pastors and priests and rabbis stand between people and their Creator and tell people how they should decide about the One Who gave Life?

When Y’shua’s disciples walked with him the rest of the community knew they had “been with the Master”…

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Y’shua Acts 4:13

The beautiful thing is that each one of us have a gateway to Mashiyach, open all day, every day, round the clock if we will be with him in Spirit and in Truth. That’s what it means to have the Kingdom of Heaven within you.

YHWH be with you,

Shalom U’Vrachot,

Baruch Ben Daniel

Prepare for the Kingdom of MASHIYACH

“Speak not evil one of another, brethren.

He that speaks evil of his brother, and judges his brother,

speaks evil of the Torah, and judges the Torah:

but if you judge the Torah,

you art not a doer of the Torah, but a judge.”

James 4:11
